North Count Fire assisted by Cal Fire monte Vista responded to a 2 vehicle traffic collision on the I-15 south just north of the 76. 5 total patients were assessed. When the road closure opened up the CHP Sergeant stopped a vehicle who was driving up the shoulder of the freeway to bypass traffic. The driver was placed in handcuffs after Field sobriety tests and placed in the CHP cruiser.
