Vegetation Fire off the Westbound 78 Just west of Sycamore. Reports of multiple spot fires burned together and threatened multiple structures. Units from Vista, San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe all worked quickly to stop the spread and eliminate the structure threat.
